As a key player in the aviation industry, we are seeking a highly skilled Passenger Services Delivery Agent to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional passenger service and be part of a world-leading Ground Handler.

About the Role:
  • This role involves ensuring timely, efficient, and professional passenger handling and gate agent duties.
  • You will be responsible for delivering high-standard customer service to all client airlines, meeting requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Passenger check-in duties and other responsibilities related to passenger service for customer airlines will also fall under your remit.
  • Ensuring accurate reporting as per service delivery agreements and company requirements is also crucial.
  • You will assist passengers with special needs, including wheelchair assistance during disrupted or delayed services.
  • Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OH & S) Regulations and Company Policies must be maintained at all times to ensure passenger and employee safety.
  • Incident reporting and adherence to procedures within regulations set by individual client airlines are also essential.
  • Building strong working relationships with team members and client airline employees is vital.

  • Desirable experience in customer service-oriented roles is preferred.
  • Ability to handle pressured and stressful situations, competing demands, and priorities is essential.
  • Effective communication with people from diverse backgrounds and ability to deal with confidential situations is required.
  • Ability to handle baggage up to 32kg and assist special needs passengers is necessary.
  • Proactive self-starter with issue management and resolution skills is desired.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and in a fast-paced team environment is essential.
