Job Title:

The role of a Business Partner involves contributing to the design, implementation and coordination of projects that deliver effective business outcomes and meet client service delivery needs.

Collaborate with team members to undertake research and analysis to contribute to the development of key projects that ensure good business outcomes.

Support the project with various administrative functions including status updates, reports, budgets, arranging meetings.

Responsibilities include providing specialist advice and direction on learning and development initiatives as well as identifying skill gaps to build organisational capability.

Partner with the business to design and develop organisational and employee engagement programs that creates a positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

Lead, project manage and implement initiatives to increase the effectiveness and capability of our staff and people leaders to successfully deliver key outcomes for the organisation.

Requirements include a breadth and depth of experience that will enable you to champion Learning and Organisational Development initiatives into a newly formed progressive and dynamic work environment.

Working knowledge of a Learning Management System and authoring tools is required.

Tertiary qualifications in learning and development, adult education, human resource management or a related discipline and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field are necessary.
