About this role

This part-time Senior Property Officer position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to property operations and community land management.

You will be joining a small, collaborative team of three to manage leases, licenses, and tenancy agreements for Council buildings and land. This includes coordinating property maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with WHS and legislative requirements for tenanted buildings, maintaining lease registers, and supporting strategic property decisions.

Your responsibilities will also include assisting with road closures, encroachments, and community/commercial leases and licenses. Additionally, you will contribute to asset management planning and capital works programs.
