Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team based out of our Gunnedah branch. In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic evaluation and mechanical maintenance service and upgrades on a broad range of Hitachi machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing diagnostic evaluation and mechanical maintenance service and upgrades on Hitachi machinery
  • Attending to production breakdowns and undertaking diagnostic work
  • Being part of a build team commissioning new equipment
  • Liaising with technical support staff to achieve efficient outcomes and assist in product improvements
  • Completion and submission of relevant documentation and reporting paperwork
  • Maintaining good working relationships with customers, peers, and other departments
  • Identification of continuous improvements within your area of responsibility
Requirements
  • Relevant Trade Certificate
  • Intermediate PC Skills, ability to analyse technical data and reports
  • Good communication skills
  • Safety focus and adherence to site safety processes
  • Ability to adapt to different teams, rosters, environments, and workloads
  • 100% Customer satisfaction with internal and external stakeholders, branches, and suppliers
