Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated nursing professional to join our team. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to surgical patients, including wound care, mobilization, and pain management.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of patients before and after surgery.
  • Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to the Registered Nurse.
  • Administer medications as per scope of practice and hospital policies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the relevant nursing authority.
  • Experience working in a surgical ward environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
