About the Role

You will be working alongside a multidisciplinary care team, supporting Personal Care Assistants, liaising with families, and playing a key role in care planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing nursing care that prioritizes resident dignity and independence
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care planning
  • Liaising with family members and other healthcare professionals as needed
  • Supporting the delivery of exceptional care through teamwork and collaboration
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 3 years' nursing experience in Australia or New Zealand
  • A calm and confident approach to aged care or community health
  • The ability to manage medication, wound care, and chronic health needs
