Job Overview:

This role is a vital component of our Quality Assurance Team, where you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless software experiences.

As a Key Player in Quality Management, you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking issues raised with the Quality team, addressing and resolving escalated client complaints, responding to contractual requests, and collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to investigate and resolve quality-related matters.

You will also oversee the quality queue, ensuring cases are addressed in a timely and organized manner, prepare for and attend weekly Quality team meetings, and drive customer loyalty by effectively meeting customer needs and ensuring positive and lasting client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience resolving conflict with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining customer service and satisfaction in difficult situations, and problem-solving. Knowledge of contract management, accounts receivable, and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel are also desirable.
