A little about the role
KAA is about to embark on our KeyLink 2.0 project which encompasses redesign across the full continuum of care. It's about creating a CRM platform that grows with us and enables best practice. With KeyLink 2.0, we're aiming to deliver: simpler processes and faster workflows; a flexible, future-ready platform; stronger privacy, security and compliance; and reliable, accessible data to support reporting and decision-making.
As Data Quality Analyst, you will support the implementation of KeyLink 2.0 and ongoing business-as-usual data operations by ensuring data accuracy, consistency and integrity through mapping, cleansing, monitoring and process improvements. This role plays a key part in data migration and validation during the CRM project and contributes to high-quality data capture and reporting across all operational divisions day-to-day.
As a Data Quality Analyst, you will:
- Support data migration into our new CRM by developing source-to-target mappings, cleansing and de-duplicating datasets, validating data fields and formats, and assisting with test migrations and reconciliation activities.
- Identify and resolve data issues in collaboration with business units, contribute to post-migration quality assurance, and help document data definitions, mapping rules, and validation processes.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality data capture, maintenance, and analysis across business units by monitoring data accuracy, cleansing records, upholding local data standards, and supporting system updates.
- Support performance and operational reporting through data wrangling, collaborating on dashboard development, and contributing to the generation of internal data insights.
The base salary for this position is $85,025 - $93,975 per annum + super + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum.
This position is a full-time 18 month contract and you can be based between any of our KAA sites, with hybrid working options also available
About you
To be successful in this role, you'll come with:
- A relevant degree/ qualification or substantial experience in data, systems or analytics role.
- Incredible attention to detail, an ability to manage time effectively and excellent communication skills with people of varying technical literacy.
- An advanced understanding and ability as an IT and electronic communications/ reporting systems user.
- Proven experience with CRM systems and a strong knowledge of data management tools. You will also have demonstrated experience with data management, analysis, cleansing, quality control and migration.
