About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Site Administrator to join our team at HSE Mining. This role is primarily based at the South Walker Creek mine, where we operate 7 fleets and have over 600 employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Production Team, ensuring seamless operations and effective data management.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee accommodation and onboarding requirements.
  • Assist in preparing information for Health and Safety presentations and reports.
  • Ensure data entry is accurate and up-to-date across various external client portals.
  • Purchase uniforms for site personnel and maintain inventory records.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in accommodation/mobilization and general administration roles.
  • Strong data entry, recording, and report creation skills.
  • A current Queensland driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including strong systems knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience in a site-based, rostered administration role.
  • A Certificate in Business Administration or similar qualification.
