Job Title: Health Equity Project Officer

This role is focused on supporting health equity reform at a leading paediatric healthcare organisation.

You will work closely with a dynamic and innovative team to achieve health equity reform, including implementing new ways of working to support positive outcomes and experiences for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people and their families/carers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the organisation's Health Equity Strategy and Implementation Plan, including communicating effectively with stakeholders and developing strong relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

You will also assist in reviewing and presenting relevant data to inform continuous quality improvement and consider inter-dependent policies, plans and strategies as well as relevant literature and its relevance to health equity reform.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, development, and implementation of the Health Equity Strategy and Implementation Plan.
