Emergency Management Professional

As a senior professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, stable, and values-aligned operations across the mine site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic leadership to ensure safe operations.
- Maintaining oversight of security systems, procedures, and compliance to ensure they are current, effective, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Leading performance reporting and insights, using data to drive decision-making, identify trends, and support continuous improvement.
- Managing contracts to optimise operational and financial performance, mitigate risk, and ensure service quality and accountability.
In this role, you will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring leaders and members of emergency response teams (ERTs) to ensure high performance, operational readiness, and alignment with organisational safety objectives.
RequirementsWe seek a candidate who possesses excellent leadership skills, expertise in security management, and experience in emergency response.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of security systems, procedures, and compliance, as well as the ability to lead and motivate teams.
