Senior Security Manager

This role entails tactical support in planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of security, medical, and emergency management services.
The successful candidate will provide visible leadership to Security, Medical, and Emergency Management teams, maintain oversight of systems and procedures, and lead performance reporting and insights.
- Manage SEM-related contracts to optimize operational performance.
- Demonstrate financial stewardship by managing operational costs.
- Facilitate incident management training, exercises, and system improvements.
- Identify, assess, and manage SEM risks using a risk management framework.
Key requirements include a tertiary qualification in security, medical, or emergency management, minimum 5 years' experience in a related field, and proficient understanding of Queensland Coal Mining Safety and Health Legislation.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide strategic guidance on security, medical, and emergency management initiatives.
- Maintain oversight of SEM-related operations and programs.
- Lead performance reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Tertiary qualification in security, medical, or emergency management.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a related field.
- Proficient understanding of Queensland Coal Mining Safety and Health Legislation.
