Medical Emergency Response Leader

Our organization is seeking a professional to lead security, medical, and emergency management services. This role will require tactical support in planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of these services across the operation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing visible leadership to teams to ensure safe, stable, and aligned operations.
- Maintaining oversight of systems, procedures, and compliance to ensure they are current, effective, and aligned with legal and internal requirements.
- Leading performance reporting and insights, using data to drive decision-making, identify trends, and support continuous improvement.
- Managing contracts to optimize operational and financial performance, mitigate risk, and ensure service quality and accountability.
- Demonstrating stewardship by managing costs within budget, identifying efficiencies, and supporting initiatives.
- Facilitating incident management training, exercises, and system improvements to enhance readiness and response capability.
Requirements include:
- A qualification in security, medical or emergency management.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in security, medical, and emergency management or a related field.
- Able to lead multidisciplinary teams, make risk-based decisions under pressure, and ensure effective response and recovery during incidents or crisis events.
- Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Experience in business, financial, and contract performance.
