As Park Managers, you will live on-site, with accommodation and utilities provided as part of your total remuneration package. You will report to the Operations Manager and be expected to maintain high standards of service delivery and guest satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you should have sound experience in confidently managing medium-sized properties in hospitality, tourism-based management, or accommodation-based businesses. A grounded, guest-focused mindset is essential, along with innovation, initiative, and enthusiasm.

A successful management team will consider themselves 'all-rounders' with complementing skills to effectively deal with challenges in a holiday park and resort environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and motivate teams to achieve results.
