Are you an experienced property manager ready to make your mark in a boutique agency. Are you wanting flexibility and the to be supported by a highly capable team? We are seeking a property manager who will be responsible for their own portfolio, liaising with owners, tenants and trades.

The perks:
Monday to Friday only, no accounts, no leasing, new business incentivised, flexible hours, training on a weekly basis.

The dream position responsibilities include:

- Manage a well-established portfolio
- Build strong relationships with the landlords and tenants
- Conduct outgoing and routine inspections
- Maintain and minimise arrears
- Oversee repairs and maintenance requests and liaise with tradespeople
- Lease renewals, rent reviews
- Prepare for and attend Tribunals on behalf of the Landlord
- Reach your goals/KPI's

Are you the perfect fit?
- Previous experience in Property Management
- Hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration or NSW Real Estate Licence
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team

- Hammondville, NSW 2170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
