Opportunity in Anaesthesia

We are seeking a skilled Anaesthetist to join our dynamic team at a renowned hospital situated in a picturesque coastal area just a short drive from Sydney.

  • AHPRA registered Anaesthetists (FANZCA)
  • International Medical Graduates who are Specialist Anaesthetists and have been assessed as Substantially Comparable are also encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated experience in anesthesia practice, preferably in a hospital setting

This acute care facility offers a comprehensive range of services including emergency care, medical treatment, surgical procedures, and orthopedic treatments. It is equipped with an Intensive Care Unit that has High Dependency and Coronary Care beds.

The hospital boasts 5 state-of-the-art theatres and a busy orthopedic department catering to pediatric cases. The case mix is diverse with a current team of 12 Anaesthetists, 6 Registrars, and junior support. On-call duties are rare and usually do not exceed once a week.
