About the Role

You will support Centre Directors on leave or when additional support is needed across various centres in the Hunter/Newcastle and Central Coast region.

As a People Leader, you will be responsible for leading a service on its path to exceptional quality, with the support of a dedicated team that shares your vision.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • ACECQA Approved Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education required.
  • Experience in staff development & leadership, with experience in a similar role necessary.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills essential.
  • Strong computer skills required.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates necessary.
  • Current Working with Children Check required.
