We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team working at a childcare centre in East Maitland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for educators, children and families.
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the centre to the highest standard including classrooms, offices, bathrooms/toilets, outdoor areas, staff rooms, common areas.
  • Collect and remove all rubbish on a regular basis.
  • Restock consumables (toilet paper, hand towels, chemicals etc.) as required.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of infection control principles is essential.
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail is necessary to ensure a high-quality service.
  • A current Working with Children Check is also required.
