As a Process Engineer, you will provide technical support to the Power, Recovery, and Wastewater operations, and identify improvements across industrial sites.

The key focus of this role will be to:

  • Provide sound technical advice while working with production and engineering teams.
  • Ensure a strong focus on efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Perform root cause analysis on equipment, systems, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assist in troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.

This role requires:

  • A Bachelor of Chemical Engineering.
  • Previous experience working with kilns, recovery boilers, steam turbines, heat transfer, evaporators, and water pumps.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience using data analysis tools/systems to identify trends.
  • A continuous improvement mindset.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
