Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as an operator in a mining environment
  • Proven proficiency in truck operations and at least one other competency (e.g., dozers, drills, graders, loaders, water truck)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues
  • Ability to follow established plans and adapt to changing circumstances with ease
