Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field questions from level 1 and 2 assemblers.

  • If unable to answer accurately, know who can answer or where the answer is located.

  • Lead complex assembly projects, ensuring precision and efficiency.

  • Develop and implement best practices for assembly processes.

  • Identify gaps in training and suggest fixes.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in carpentry, construction, or assembly of HVAC units.

  • Experience leading projects and teams required.

  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and grinders.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.

  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
