About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Financial Services Industry (FSI). They should possess a strong understanding and knowledge of SAP's products in the market, as well as excellent speaking and presentation skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving opportunities through the end-to-end sales cycle, acquiring new logos, growing new accounts, and expanding SAP Fioneer's footprint in existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct responsibility for sales, sales management, and key accounts as well as the overall success of the ANZ business.
  • Contribute to SAP Fioneer's strategic and business planning processes to ensure that strategies and business plans are consistent with the organisation's strategic objectives.
  • Drive opportunities through the end-to-end sales cycle by acquiring new logos, growing new accounts, and expanding SAP Fioneer's footprint in existing customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven delivery track record of software sales in the Banking and FSI industry, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in Sales and Business development, ideally in FSI.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Finance, Computer science or relevant areas of studies.
  • A proven delivery track record of software sales in the Banking and FSI industry.
  • A strong understanding and knowledge of SAP's products in the market.
