Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic leadership to drive the delivery of innovative, effective, and efficient planning solutions.
  • Ensuring the identification and management of critical project milestones, production outputs, and resource requirements.
  • Leading forensic planning efforts by conducting detailed analyses of project delays, disruptions, and acceleration.
  • Collaborating with legal and project teams to prepare, analyze, and resolve extension of time (EOT) claims and other contractual claims.
  • Taking responsibility for resource management and team development.

About You

  • Solid experience in Project Planning & Scheduling on large-scale construction projects.
  • Existing knowledge of construction techniques, methodologies, and processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with prior exposure managing a team would be highly beneficial.
