About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Local Area Manager to join our team at Konekt Workcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care and achieving targets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop top talent to optimize performance and engagement
  • Effectively prioritize key business activities to achieve targets
  • Develop and sustain productive customer relationships through prioritization of customers and their needs
  • Ensure services are timely, accurate, and meet legislative, customer SLA, and Konekt standards
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets while managing costs
  • Utilize financial analysis and data to effectively plan, budget, and troubleshoot
  • Billing work in line with your Allied Health discipline

Requirements
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, RCAATertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
