Hope Community Services is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Broome. This is a full-time or part-time (50 hours per fortnight) position that offers a competitive salary of $37.35 per hour, plus superannuation and a regional allowance of $5.57 per hour.

This role involves working with young people in a residential setting, providing a safe and respectful environment for them to achieve their goals. You will be responsible for facilitating activities, supporting young people to develop their strengths-based daily personalized program, and reporting incidents as required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Certificate III in Community Services, Youth Work, AOD or a similar qualification, or relevant level of experience. You should also have experience in delivering services to young people, either individually or in groups, and be able to communicate effectively with them.
