About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care to patients in the outpatient department, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and respect.
  • Work under the direct supervision of senior nursing staff, remaining accountable for allocated functions and duties.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in an outpatient department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
