Clerical Role

The role involves:

- Processing import and export documentation

- Conducting dangerous goods checks

- Adhering to company, airline, customs and quarantine procedures

- Entering data as required

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

About the Role

This is an ongoing position with a 7 day rotating roster. To be successful in this role you will need to:

- Be available to work varying shifts

- Hold an Aviation Security Identification Card

- Work independently with excellent organisational skills

- Possess proficient keyboard skills

Key Requirements

- Previous experience in cargo or airline operations an advantage

Schedule

- 8 hour shift

- Flexible hours

- Rotating roster

Commute/Relocate

Tullamarine VIC: Must be able to commute or relocate before starting work.

Experience

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)

- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation

Australia: Preferred.
