We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR professional to fill a critical role within our organisation.

About the Role

This is a true HR generalist position that encompasses all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, coaching and mentoring, performance management, and review processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, undertake and review the delivery of expert and customer-centric HR programs, consultancy services and advice to senior leaders, managers and employees.
  • Provide expert guidance and support in HRM functions and activities, including grievance resolution, unsatisfactory performance management and medical incapacity.
  • Consult with business units to implement best practice recruitment and selection processes, supporting managers with job advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and pre-employment checks.
  • Develop productive working relationships with client groups and communicate effectively with people and confidential information.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a degree qualification in Human Resource Management and 2 years' post-qualification experience. Ideally, you will demonstrate:

  • A degree qualification in Human Resources.
  • Sound planning, organisational, analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and adhere to deadlines.
