Senior Building Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to drive projects from conception through to delivery across aged care, hospitality, mixed-use and multi-residential sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing project timelines and budgets, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project documentation and compliance with building codes/regulations, as well as managing design teams and contributing to project resourcing.
About the Role:- Drive projects from conception through to delivery, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Oversee project documentation and compliance with building codes/regulations.

- Lead and deliver projects across aged care, hospitality, mixed-use, and residential sectors.
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and deliver outcomes.
- Architectural Registration essential.
- Strong Revit proficiency (essential).
- 5+ years' post-graduate experience.
- Experience working on medium–large scale projects.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
