Senior Workplace Investigation Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in resolving complex employee matters. You will manage the end-to-end processes of sensitive cases, including misconduct, bullying, and harassment.

You will lead and manage complex workplace investigations, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and alignment with organisational values.

This involves undertaking evidence-based analysis, preparing clear findings and recommendations, and providing accurate advice to senior management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Industrial Relations, Employment Law, or related field.
  • Specialised workplace investigation qualifications and at least five years' experience conducting workplace or regulatory investigations.
  • Ability to research, interpret, and apply legislation, policies, and guidance in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong judgment, independence, and risk-based decision-making in handling complex cases.
