**Job Summary**

Macropus Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tile and Stone Installer - Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the installation and repair of natural stone and tile products for high-end custom residential homes and commercial projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Install and repair tile, marble, and terrazzo products on floors, walls, and ceilings.
  • Prepare surfaces prior to beginning work and ensure a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Operate various tools and equipment, including hammers, power drills, and forklifts.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project completion and excellent customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors and clients to resolve installation issues and coordinate project schedules.

**Requirements**

  • 2-3 years of experience in stone and tile setting, with a strong background in measurements and installation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
