Investigative Specialist

We are seeking experienced investigative specialists who are passionate about delivering high-quality investigations and take pride in working with a professional, supportive team.

This role involves conducting professional interviews to gather evidence and information, analysing and assessing evidence to determine appropriate lines of inquiry, and preparing clear, concise reports based on the evidence obtained.

As an investigative specialist, you will have the opportunity to work independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards. You will be expected to have excellent communication, time management, and report-writing skills, as well as a strong working knowledge of relevant legislation, liability principles, and investigative techniques.

  • Demonstrated experience in factual investigations in insurance (e.g. CTP, Workers Comp, General Insurance)
  • TAC experience is highly regarded
  • Current Victorian Private Investigator licence (or ability to obtain)

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess a current driver's licence, reliable transport, and a satisfactory criminal history.
