Cleaning Operations Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Lead to oversee the daily cleaning operations at our property. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of the daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas of the property are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Leading a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records of cleaning schedules, supply levels, and equipment maintenance.
  • Developing and implementing procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the housekeeping department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing or supervising a housekeeping team.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A sharp eye for detail, with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays as required.
