Cleanliness Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional with excellent leadership and organisational skills to fill the role of Cleanliness Manager. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning activities in commercial spaces.

About the Role:

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
  • Leading a team of cleaners, providing training, supervision, and scheduling support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify areas for improvement, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
  • Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating with management to order necessary supplies.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, adhering to safety protocols during cleaning activities.
  • Handling customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial cleaning, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and practices, as well as proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills, able to effectively train, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Attention to detail, able to identify and address cleanliness deficiencies.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • High school certificate or equivalent; additional certifications in cleaning or facility management is a plus.
