The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with expertise in sourcing exceptional candidates, driving seamless selection processes, and providing invaluable market insights.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delve deep into the intricacies of TELUS Health, offering expert advice on talent strategies and crafting innovative recruitment approaches across the APAC region.
  • Source exceptional candidates, drive seamless selection processes, and provide invaluable market insights.
  • Ensure every hiring leader and candidate embarks on an exceptional hiring journey, leaving a lasting positive impression.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships internally and externally, embodying our core values and culture.
  • Lead the charge in ensuring that your client group fully embraces and adheres to the Talent Acquisition guidelines and processes, maintaining alignment with best practices.
  • Navigate ambiguity and change, demonstrating resilience and adaptability towards change as you support and guide the business in building solutions to address talent and market challenges.

Requirements:

  • Showcase your ability to engage and influence your stakeholders, driving alignment and collaboration.
  • Identify and tackle challenges and opportunities with confidence and creativity.
  • Adept at influencing and negotiating effectively to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Possess 5+ years of recruitment experience in large corporate environments and ideally supporting health-related portfolios.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
  • Experience in recruiting across the APAC region will be considered a valuable asset, enhancing your ability to engage with a diverse talent pool.
