About the Role

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position with no late nights or weekends. As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our chefs across Greater Sydney and Central West regional areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel required
  • Head Chef and Sous Chef coverage
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef in Aged Care / Hotels or similar settings
  • Food Safety Supervisory Certification
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Please note that all applicants must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance and NDIS worker's clearance.
