Key Responsibilities- Provide active support to young people, including meal preparation, transportation, and social outings.
- Administer and document medication, and follow health support plans.
- Implement positive behaviour support strategies to manage behaviours, triggers, and escalations.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of young people, and document and report any incidents.
- Demonstrated motivation to work with young people and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Availability to work rotating rosters, including weekends and overnights.
- Current paid working with children check and national police check.
- Valid driver's license and first aid certificate.
- Qualification in a relevant field, or working towards one.
- Competitive hourly rate based on the SCHADS Award.
