Job Opportunity

A dynamic and forward-thinking Allied Health Professional is sought to drive excellence in community mental health services.

This role will contribute significantly to shaping our organizational culture, developing a high-performing team, and inspiring exceptional practice across the sector.

  • Provide visionary leadership and clinical expertise to Allied Health staff.
  • Drive innovative service development and improvement in Allied Health practice.
  • Lead intersectoral collaboration and represent Allied Health perspectives in strategic planning, policy development, and service evaluation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering specialist clinical assessment, treatment, and case management using evidence-based best practices.
  • Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures.
  • Leading and managing a team of Allied Health professionals.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in mental health care with at least five years postgraduate clinical experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven clinical management and leadership abilities with demonstrated capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
