About IRT Culburra Beach Aged Care Centre

We are seeking a Hospitality Employee to join our team, responsible for creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents and their families. As part of our dedicated team, you will provide exceptional hospitality services, ensuring meals are served with care, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, and supporting the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with catering staff to assist with basic meal preparation
  • Deliver and serve meals to our residents
  • Perform general laundry duties, including personal laundry
  • Interact with residents and create meaningful customer relationships
  • Adhere to strict food safety guidelines
  • Assist with various domestic duties such as laundry and cleaning of general areas

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality (desirable)
  • Strong customer service skills and an empathetic approach
  • Experience in a similar role in a health or aged care setting (desirable)
  • Food Safety Supervision Certification (desirable)
