Flight Attendant

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Flight Attendant to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the safety of our guests onboard.

About the Role

As a key member of our cabin crew team, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests aboard and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight
  • Conducting clear and comprehensive safety briefings
  • Providing excellent service to all guests, including those with special needs
  • Collaborating with other crew members to create a positive in-flight experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Have had at least 3 years of previous employment in roles that focus on caring for people/customers
  • Hold a valid passport with at least 18 months left on it
  • Have a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Have a current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Be comfortable working a 24/7 rotating roster
