About this Role: As a skilled Architectural Draftsperson, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality architectural drafting documentation across various projects. If you're looking for variety and are eager to take on new challenges, this role is perfect for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee external contractors to ensure documentation is detailed and accurate.
- Document architectural drawings, including construction details and finishes, for a range of build methods and projects.
- Collaborate with teams, including Sales, to identify design solutions and enhance client experiences.
- Research and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Liaise with suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
- Participate in ongoing research and development to improve products, procedures, and detailing.

The Ideal Candidate: We're seeking a highly driven, self-motivated, and confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have a minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role, relevant drafting qualifications, and excellent communication skills.
