About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to work as a physiotherapist leader, working closely with our clinical and management teams.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a healthcare setting.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients, mentoring and supervising junior staff members, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide expert physiotherapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
  • To lead and mentor junior physiotherapists, ensuring they receive the necessary support and training.
  • To contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to physiotherapy practice.
  • To participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a physiotherapist in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
