The Learning and Development Partner role is a pivotal position within our organization, requiring an individual with exceptional skills and experience in human resources, education, psychology, or a related field. We are seeking a part-time Corporate L&D professional who can work collaboratively with leaders to identify learning needs and deliver tailored development solutions.
">Job Description:- Partner with senior leadership to design and implement impactful learning experiences that align with our strategic goals and values.
This includes fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, building capability and confidence in our care teams and support staff, and overseeing learning systems, records, and reporting.
">Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and review L&D programs, policies, and career pathways to ensure they meet Aged Care Act 2024 and Strengthened Quality Standards requirements.
- Support leadership capability at all levels by delivering engaging learning initiatives, including wellbeing and compliance training.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in programs and platforms.

About You:
- You have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- You have 6+ years of experience in an end-to-end L&D role.
- You possess excellent communication and project management skills.
- You are familiar with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- You have knowledge of adult learning principles, training evaluation, and capability frameworks.
