  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient use of resources.

  • Staff Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Supplier Liaison: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients and products.
  • Financial Management: Manage kitchen budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial kitchens
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and quality standards
