The Job

This role is for an experienced Quality Systems Specialist who will work closely with the Quality Manager to implement improvements in our Shepparton site. Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Effectively managing Corrective Actions Reports (CARs) and supporting internal stakeholders
  • Updating Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) documentation and annual test matrices accurately and efficiently
  • Developing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and training materials in a timely manner
  • Providing day-to-day support to the Quality team and contributing to system and process improvements
Required Skills

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing processes, preferably with experience in Ultra-High Temperature (UHT)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Food Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and adaptability skills
