Quality Systems Specialist – 3 Month Contract | Shepparton

We're partnering with a leading FMCG organisation with a strong focus on health, nutrition, and sustainability. Known for their innovative products and national footprint, they're committed to food safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Now, they're seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to support their Shepparton site during a critical improvement period.

The Role

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in:

  • Managing CARs and supporting internal stakeholders
  • Updating HACCP documentation and annual test matrices
  • Redeveloping GMP and training materials
  • Providing day-to-day support to the Quality team
  • Driving system and process improvements for accuracy and efficiency
What You'll Bring
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems & manufacturing processes
  • UHT experience (preferred, not essential)
  • Tertiary qualifications in food science, engineering, or related field
  • Autonomy, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
Shepparton Location

3-month contract | Immediate start | Potential for extension
