Key Responsibilities

The Dietitian will be responsible for providing effective and efficient dietetics services to residents and their representatives. This includes assessing residents' nutritional needs, setting nutrition goals, and providing advice on appropriate interventions.

Additionally, the Dietitian will work closely with family members, staff members, and clinical teams to achieve optimal care outcomes.

  • Develop and implement individualized diet plans for residents
  • Conduct regular assessments of residents' nutritional status
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on nutrition-related topics
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in Dietetics from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 2 years experience in aged care or a related field
  • Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
