Nurse - Cancer Care Specialist

Care for patients with cancer and their families in a supportive team environment. We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse to join our nursing team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based nursing care to patients with cancer.
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Supervise, direct, and guide nursing team members to deliver patient care.
- Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.
- Current Registration with AHPRA.
- Working with Children check.
- Minimum 2 years recent Oncology Nursing Experience.
- Competent in Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Administration.
- Competent in IV Cannulation & Accessing of CVAD/Ports.
- ADAC trained and certified.
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care.
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Works well independently and within a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work across one or multiple hospitals.
