Key Responsibilities- Participate in Oracle Financials implementation and drive design decisions.
- Partner with accounting and finance teams to develop new features within Oracle EPM and other finance systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align solution design.
- Document testing and related approvals for system changes.
- Support finance teams with responses and data from systems for internal and SOX audits.
- 7+ years of experience working on Oracle ERP Financial applications and other finance systems.
- Implementation and support experience with EPM systems like Oracle EPM Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding change management skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical with problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and attentive with a focus on adding value and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
- Experience with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
