Overview

Senior Compensation Analyst — we are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs for a publicly traded manufacturing company. This role will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive and compliant pay practices that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to analyze pay structures and job evaluations.
  • Support the design, modeling, and implementation of base pay, incentive, and equity programs.
  • Prepare materials for Compensation Committee and executive leadership review.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC reporting, SOX controls, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Provide compensation consulting to HRBPs and business leaders on offers, promotions, and pay adjustments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of compensation experience; manufacturing or publicly traded company background preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and compensation survey tools.
  • Knowledge of executive compensation and equity programs a plus.
